Application: temperature and pressure reducing device is used to reduce the temperature and pressure of new steam to the temperature and pressure required by users. It is widely used in power, petrochemical, light textile, food, paper and other sectors.

The devices produced by our company have the following characteristics:

1. Pressure reduction and temperature reduction shall be carried out in different parts of the device respectively, so as to eliminate the possibility of temperature stress and ensure long-term safe and stable operation.

2. There are various types of devices, including high temperature and high pressure, sub high pressure and medium pressure devices, steam seal temperature and pressure reducing devices specially used for turbine shaft seal, and the desuperheater is divided into horizontal and vertical ones, in addition to pressure reducing devices.

3. Stable operation, no vibration, low noise, sound pressure level no more than 85dba, adjustment range (10-110%) outlet pressure error no more than ± 0.01Mpa, temperature error no more than ± 2oC.

4. The design of thermal control device is reasonable, the instrument is advanced, the debugging is convenient, there is no lag phenomenon, the repetition precision is high, the response is sensitive, and it can be directly connected to the DCS automatic control system.
